Adams Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Adams Referral Program, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Eligibility

The Adams Referral Program is available to existing Adams customers who refer new residential customers to Adams.

A qualifying referral must:

• Be submitted through the official referral process or referral link

• Result in completed qualifying work

• Be fully paid before rewards are issued

 

Referral Rewards

Eligible referring customers may receive a referral reward of up to $500 per qualifying referral. Reward amounts may vary based on:

• Job type

• Revenue generated

• Division or service category

Reward amounts are determined solely by Adams.

 

New Customer Discount

Referred customers are eligible to receive:

• 10% off their first paid service or installation

• Maximum discount of $100

Discount applies only to qualifying services and cannot be combined with certain other offers.

 

Definition of a New Customer

A “new customer” is defined as:

• A customer with no completed Adams service or installation invoices within the past 36 months, or

• A completely new customer account not previously serviced by Adams

 

Adams reserves the right to determine customer eligibility.

 

Reward Processing

Referral rewards are issued only after:

1. Work is completed

2. The invoice is finalized

3. Payment has been received in full

Processing times may vary.

 

Non-Eligible Referrals

The following situations do not qualify for referral rewards:

• Existing customers booking additional work for themselves

• Membership-only sales

• Product-only purchases

• Warranty-only work

• Cancelled or unpaid jobs

• Duplicate referrals

• Self-referrals

• Fraudulent or spam submissions

 

Referral Validation

All referrals are subject to validation and approval by Adams. Adams reserves the right to deny rewards for referrals that cannot be verified or do not meet program requirements.

Historical Referrals

Referrals made prior to the official launch of the Adams Referral Program or outside the official referral process are not automatically eligible for rewards.

Adams may review select situations on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

Program Changes

Adams reserves the right to:

• Modify referral reward amounts

• Change program requirements

• Suspend or terminate the program at any time without notice

 

Limitations

Referral rewards:

• Have no cash value unless otherwise stated

• Are non-transferable

• May be issued as account credits, gift cards, discounts, or other approved reward methods

 

Abuse of Program

Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently use the referral program may result in:

• Removal from the program

• Forfeiture of rewards

• Disqualification from future participation

 

Final Determination

All referral eligibility decisions made by Adams are final.
