Just like any mechanical system, your furnace and air conditioner require routine service to perform at their best—keeping your home comfortable through the hottest summers and coldest winters.


Seasonal maintenance helps identify potential issues before they become costly repairs, improves energy efficiency, and     extends the life of your equipment. Your membership includes one furnace tune-up and one air conditioning tune-up per year.

  • Verify temperature split (supply vs return)

  • Clean condenser coil

  • Inspect fan motor & blades

  • Tighten electrical connections

  • Verify proper airflow

  • Make honest recommendations as needed

Furnace

FORCED AIR FURNACE

  • Check thermostat operation & calibration

  • Inspect heat exchanger for cracks or corrosion

  • Test ignition system (hot surface or pilot)

  • Check flame sensor & clean if needed

  • Verify gas pressure & combustion

  • Clean burners

  • Clean flame sensor

  • Replace air filter

  • Inspect blower motor & capacitor

Cast Iron Boiler
